About the Role

Southwest Montana Veteran's Home in Butte, Montana is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our supportive, high-performing therapy team. This position offers flexible hours and a balanced lifestyle in one of the most beautiful places in the country.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Montana (or eligible to become licensed).
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!
