Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Deliver skilled therapy services to patients requiring rehabilitation.
• Assess and document patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Provide input to the supervisor for discharge summaries in line with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Pay

$38‑$43 per hour.
