About the role

We are seeking a PRN Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a new critical care team at a state-of-the-art hospital in Grovetown, Georgia. In this role, you will manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment and work within a collaborative practice model alongside experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment
• Participate in program development and quality initiatives
• Work within multidisciplinary care teams
• Utilize the Epic EMR platform to document and coordinate care
• Contribute to shaping the future of critical care services in a growing community
• Influence program development and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Hold an appropriate advanced practice license
• Experience in acute or critical care settings
