About the Role

Provide high-quality critical care, contribute to the development of the ICU program, and support the hospital's mission to enhance patient health and well-being in a newly established facility. The role involves working 13-hour shifts on a flexible schedule, including days and nights, in a state-of-the-art hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment.
• Collaborate with experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers within a team-based model.
• Participate in program development, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Utilize Epic EMR platform for documentation and patient management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current certification as an ACNP or PA with relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Schedule

13-hour shifts on a flexible schedule, including days and nights.
