Responsibilities
- Assisting providers with patient care
- Scheduling
- Answering phones
- Insurance verification
- Prior authorizations
- Obtaining pre-certs for MRIs and CTs
- Communicating test results
- Phlebotomy
- Variety of other clinical and front office tasks
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year previous medical experience, pediatric preferred but not required
- Certified Medical Assistant preferred
- BLS Certification
