The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, and adapt care to meet diverse patient needs, emphasizing relationship-based care and cultural competence. Key Responsibilities Include Coordinating and documenting safe patient care through effective communication and collaboration.Supporting performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance outcomes.Mentoring and precepting new staff and students to foster a skilled nursing workforce.Participating in protocol development and resource management for optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications And Skills Required Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree.Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Basic Life Support certification.Minimum of 10 years of patient care experience as an RN.Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technology skills.
