PRN Outpatient Program Therapist/Case Manager (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT)

About the role

This position is located at Intermountain Hospital, operated by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. As an Outpatient Program Therapist/Case Manager, you will provide therapy and case management services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Provide crisis intervention and support
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Professional (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT)
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Current license to practice in your state

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is PRN (as needed), with flexible hours to accommodate patient needs.
