Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify functional limitations and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
• Document all services provided in compliance with regulatory standards and insurance requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings and other professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
• At least one year of recent relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
