Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re‑evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions to established plans of care under physician supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state occupational therapy license.
- Meet certification and licensure requirements set by state and national board associations.
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure (screening requirements may vary by location).
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
