PRN Occupational Therapist
Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.

Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
- Provide vital therapy services to our residents.
Requirements
- Dedicated care and community spirit.
- Experience in providing therapy services.
- Ability to work in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the national certification exam.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
