About the role

As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will be a part of a growing team. Your responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care. You will also provide excellent care for our patients, providing excellent customer service to patients and family members, collaborating with facility staff to ensure excellent care for patients, evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals, treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes, re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals, and completing timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care
  • Provide excellent care for our patients
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and family members
  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for patients
  • Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care and set measurable, functional goals
  • Treat patients, answer their concerns and educate them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
  • Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care and reset goals
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants

Requirements

Requirements include a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, and a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Qualifications

Qualifications include excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Skills

Skills required include excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
