PRN Occupational Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide flexible, quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on delivering person-centered care, working harmoniously with staff, and contributing to a supportive environment that encourages diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and implement occupational therapy programs in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in discharge planning and resident assessments (e.g., MDS).
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed.
• Maintain treatment records, resident files, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to optimize care and outcomes.

Requirements

• Current license and registration to practice as an OT in the state.
• Valid malpractice insurance and good standing license.
• Dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality care.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, maintaining flexibility and patience.
