PRN - Occupational Therapist

Role Overview

Provides professional occupational therapy services to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Responsible for evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning in accordance with Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Valid Texas license or temporary license
• Currrent Basic Life Support certification
• Preferrred minimum of one year licensed experience
