About the Role

DaVita is seeking an Experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. This is a PRN Nocturnal position with flexible hours and potential floating to nearby clinics.

Schedule

• PRN Nocturnal position (no more than 23 hours/week)
• Nocturnal hours: 3pm - 2am (shifts may be shorter based on patient/clinic needs)
• Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required

Requirements

• Dialysis experience required for PRN role
• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification preferred
