PRN Mental Health Clinician

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health delivers comprehensive, evidence‑based mental health treatment through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model that supports both clients and clinicians. This role offers a hybrid schedule with PRN evening availability in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
  • Develop and maintain person‑centered, trauma‑informed treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level‑of‑care determinations.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery.
  • Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational, and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
  • Provide case management services, including coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, measured through clinical outcomes such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, and transitions between levels of care.
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or a related field.
  • Active independent licensure (LPC, LSW, LCSW).
  • Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma‑informed care.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
  • Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Commitment to ethical, patient‑centered care and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • EMDR training or certification.
  • Experience working with adults in substance‑use recovery or OTP settings.
  • Comfort working with both adolescents and adults.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with PRN (as‑needed) availability in the evenings.
