PRN Logistics Assistant

What You'll Do

• Aid the Logistics Coordinator and Purchasing Manager with daily logistics operations
• Distribute supplies, equipment, and deliveries across campus and satellite locations
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supply replenishment
• Maintain organized warehouse, storage, and supply areas
• Support Central Supply inventory control processes
• Aid delivery drivers and vendors with directions and delivery coordination
• Support return shipments, local pickups, and other transportation-related tasks
• Provide support for special projects and operational needs as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than one infraction within the past three years)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use mobile devices and inventory systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain professionalism, and prioritize safety
