PRN Licensed Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated PRN Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team in Mounds View, MN. As an integral part of our dental team, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health through direct patient care and education. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive oral hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planingEducate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive careAssess and document patient conditions, collaborating with the dental team for optimal treatment plansAdminister local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as permitted by state regulationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Open Dental and other dental softwareAdhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environmentTravel as needed to support community sites, which may include driving a company vehicle or personal transportation when necessary Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of dental hygieneActive Minnesota Dental Hygienist License2-4 years of clinical experience preferred, but not requiredCurrent CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red CrossLocal anesthesia and nitrous oxide certificationEffective oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency preferred based on clinic location)Ability to work under a signed Collaborative Agreement following state and company regulationsProficiency or willingness to learn Open Dental software, Microsoft Office, and other necessary systemsValid driver’s license (based on clinic location) and willingness to travel as needed Why Join Us?
