About the role

Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of acute care nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
