PRN Housekeeping

About the role

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our family. The role is resident‑centered, supportive of families, and focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized environment in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Housekeeper/Laundry Aide helps enhance resident independence, comfort, and overall quality of life through exceptional housekeeping and laundry services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the facility.
• Perform housekeeping duties in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide laundry services that meet resident needs and standards.
• Support resident independence and comfort through attentive service.
• Contribute to a positive facility culture and resident‑centered atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred when applicable.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or long‑term care setting preferred.
