PRN Housekeeper

About the Role

Responsible for cleaning clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility in accordance with departmental and hospital policy. Will also perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies, storage, handling, and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste, and linen. Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times. Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred

About the Facility

Parkridge Medical Center is a 270+ bed hospital near downtown Chattanooga, featuring comprehensive diagnostic, medical, and surgical services. These services include cardiovascular surgery, cancer treatment, intensive care, orthopedic and spine surgery, and rehabilitation. The facility includes a state-of-the-art neurosurgery program, OB-GYN services, a level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and behavioral health treatment centers for children and adults.
