PRN Home Infusion / IVIG RN
About the role
As a Home Infusion IVIG Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes. You will build one-on-one relationships with patients and receive continuous training on leading-edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion.
Responsibilities
- Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes
- Assist patients in the comfort of their own home with one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education
- Interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners with excellent written and verbal customer service skills
- Travel up to 150-200 miles one way for patient visits, with travel time paid and mileage reimbursed
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current license in South Carolina and the ability to be licensed in other states
- Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus
- Current CPR certification
- Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity
Qualifications
- Education: RN Diploma, Associates, or B.S. degree in nursing
