PRN Home Health PTA – Katy | Up to 55 Visit

What You’ll Do:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Auxiliary patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
• Inform patients and caregivers about home exercise programs and safety
• Accurately document visits in a timely manner
• Support patient goals and promote functional independence

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas PTA license (required)
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
