PRN Food Driver- Parkville

About the role

Chesapeake Treatment Center, a 29-bed residential treatment center for adolescent and young adult males located in Parkville, MD (near Towson), is seeking a full-time Driver to transport food and pick up items for the facility.

Schedule

• Monday - Sunday
• Flexible schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• May need to come in earlier or stay later depending on the needs of the patients

Responsibilities

• Unpack and set up dinner for residents efficiently and timely according to the facility schedule
• Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and all Health Department regulations are followed during food handling
• Maintain a professional manner with residents and staff
• Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in an institutional setting
• High School Diploma, GED, or higher degree
• ServSafe® Certification preferred
• Knowledge of State Health Department regulations
• 21 years of age or older

Physical Requirements

Frequent and strenuous physical activity, including heavy lifting, sustained physical effort, extensive carrying, pushing, and pulling.
