PRN Float Pharmacist - Community - Vermont

Primary Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
• Administers immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
• Performs any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current pharmacist license in state of Vermont
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualification

• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
• Current pharmacist license in state of New Hampshire or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire

Pay

The hourly pay for this role will range from $44 - $79 per hour based on full-time employment.

Pharmacy Locations: Floating between our pharmacies in northern Vermont, including Derby, St. Johnsbury, Morrisville, St. Albans. Schedule of Genoa Healthcare Pharmacies are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, no nights, weekends, or holidays. Candidates must have some availability during that time.
