Responsibilities
- Engage employees in a personal relationship with a primary care physician
- Deliver thorough, patient-focused, effective primary care
- Improve patient health, satisfaction, and engagement
- Not focus on volume-based measures, but rather on improving patient outcomes
- Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical quality standards
- Use Electronic Medical Records (Athena)
Requirements
- Master's degree (MSN)
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a Family Practice/Primary Care environment
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in Indiana
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (preferred)
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations
- Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for medical providers
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software
- Training skills a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving and work flow management skills
- Thorough knowledge and adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical quality standards
