PRN CT Technologist - Days

Role Overview This position is for a PRN CT Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as CT, on both adult and pediatric patients. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently, including on-call and portable exams, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnosis and treatment. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with minimal supervisionPrepare patients and equipment for proceduresConduct studies across various settings, including portable and on-call situations Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher in a related fieldCertification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))Preferred: 1+ year CT experience, Siemens equipment familiarity, additional certifications such as CT, MR, or Vascular Interventional RadiologyLicenses: IEMA (Illinois), ARRT (RT/CT/etc.), CPR, IV Therapy (preferred) Additional Requirements Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends, with minimum coverage of two full shifts every six weeksStrong attention to safety, patient care, and technical proficiency Benefits & Opportunities Comprehensive health and retirement benefitsTuition assistance, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and other wellness resources Qualified candidates will be contacted for the interview process.
