PRN CT Rad Tech

About the role

Contribute to a full-service, Magnet-designated hospital providing comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services, including emergency care, cardiac, neurosciences, and oncology. This position emphasizes technical expertise, adherence to protocols, and commitment to patient care excellence in a freestanding ER.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT and radiology equipment to produce diagnostic images following physician orders.
• Adhere to established standards and policies for imaging procedures.

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) certification.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) certification.
• Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer license in Texas.
• Associate Degree in a relevant field.

Skills

• Proficiency in using CT and radiology equipment.
• Knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently, including during overnight shifts.
