Job Summary
ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking a PRN experienced critical care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join MountainView Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Local candidates within reasonable distance to Las Vegas highly desired.
About the Role
Qualified Candidates: Acute care certified NP in Nevada or experienced ICU PAs. Required ICU APP and procedural experience, including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations, and management of mechanical ventilation. Ability to work PRN, approximately 3-5 shifts per month, able to work days or nights on 12-hour shifts. Staffing model: 2 MDs during the day, 1 MD and 1 APP at night. Interest in also covering at sister facility, Southern Hills in Vegas. PRN Incentive/Benefits Package: appropriate staffing models and flexible scheduling, 100% covered occurrence-based malpractice insurance, expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections, W2 employed position, competitive hourly compensation, autonomy and ability to practice at top of scope, variety of experience covering 2 sites of care (MtnView and Southern Hills).
Requirements
- Reside in the Vegas area within a reasonable commute to facility
