Responsibilities
- Administer medications and document per state and federal guidelines
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Promote social interaction and emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Supervise CNAs and assist with direct care as needed
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents
- Assist with meal service and resident transport within the facility
