About the role
We are seeking Certified Medication Aides to join our team at Guttenberg Care Center. Located in Prairie du Chien, WI, Elkader, Garnavillo, Edgewood, Strawberry Point, Monona, and surrounding areas, we offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the medications they need.
- Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in resident condition.
- Maintain a safe living environment.
- Provide education to residents and staff.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- An unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate.
- Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training.
- C.P.R. certification.
- One (1) year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
