PRN- Care Partner (CNA/HHA)

About the role
As the Care Partner (CNA/HHA), you will apply your dynamic abilities to assist seniors in a purpose-driven and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to assigned residents with the activities of daily living
- Respond to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
- Document resident assistance activities on a daily basis
- Be flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to the facility safety program at all times
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Certified as a CNA or HHA
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain stationary 50-100% of the time
- Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move objects
