PRN - Assisted Living CNA/Tenant Associate
About the role
Glendive Medical Center is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join their Extended Care team as a PRN Assisted Living CNA/Tenant Associate.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, including grooming, hygiene, and meal support
- Help serve meals, snacks, and refreshments throughout the day
- Support resident mobility, ambulation, and transfers as directed
- Monitor and report resident concerns or changes to nursing staff
- Absorb vital signs, weights, intake/output measurements, and other assigned observations
- Assist with medication self-administration according to policy
- Maintain resident rooms and common areas through housekeeping, laundry, and organization tasks
- Assist with light cooking and baking duties
- Promote a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to support quality resident care

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Nursing Assistant training or equivalent experience
Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred

Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and daily living activities
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely

Preferred Qualifications

- Current BLS and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain
Salary
$17.24 per hour
