PRN (as needed) Patient Services Specialist at Women's Health

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly reception duties for patients and physicians.
• Organize patient flow and keep physicians and patients on schedule.
• Maintain patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner.
• Handle phone calls for the office manager, physicians, and nurses appropriately.
• Assist with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Receptionist/clerical experience required.
• Patient care background preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred.

Pay

SALARY RANGE $19.00 to $27.75/hour + 14% PRN Differential. Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
