About the role

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure in both virtualized and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with PAM technologies like CyberArk, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain PAM solutions across virtualized and cloud environments.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems supporting PAM infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage PAM deployments across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Leverage strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, Active Directory, SSH, SSL/TLS, and firewall concepts.
  • Engineer, maintain, and optimize secure PAM infrastructure for high availability and performance.
  • Perform PAM platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management with minimal downtime.
  • Lead or support PAM modernization initiatives, including migrations and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery (DR) strategies and business continuity plans for PAM environments.
  • Improve operational resiliency through automation, monitoring, backup, failover, and high-availability solutions.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant PAM deployments.

Requirements

Strong expertise with PAM technologies such as CyberArk, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust, or similar platforms is required. Demonstrated experience with Linux systems and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential. Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, Active Directory, SSH, SSL/TLS, and firewall concepts, is necessary. Experience with PAM platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management with minimal downtime is crucial. Leadership or support experience in PAM modernization initiatives, including migrations and infrastructure enhancements, is beneficial. Disaster recovery (DR) strategies and business continuity plans development and implementation experience are preferred. Automation, monitoring, backup, failover, and high-availability solutions improvement experience is desirable.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience is required. Proven track record of delivering high-quality PAM solutions is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams.
