Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will partner closely with enterprise customers to design and implement privileged access solutions that strengthen security posture and support successful deployments. The consultant will lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and health reviews while serving as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and key stakeholders. In this client-facing position, you will help guide expansion opportunities, resolve escalations, and ensure platform adoption aligns with each customer's environment and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee customized PAM programs for clients
• Lead design workshops to architect PAM deployments
• Assess customer needs to advise on deployment paths
• Maintain relationships with enterprise customers and executive sponsors
• Conduct health checks and architecture reviews for security alignment
• Monitor platform usage and provide recommendations for expansion
• Manage critical escalations as the primary technical contact for accounts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with a leading PAM solution or equivalent PAM platforms
• 5+ years in enterprise software or security consulting
• 2+ years in a Technical Account Manager or Technical Customer Success role
• 3+ years at a SaaS or cybersecurity vendor providing professional or technical account services
• Knowledge of databases, networking, and systems administration, particularly within IAM and security
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
