We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Key sections: - About the role: The first paragraph describing role: "As the Private Wealth Services Tax Senior Associate, you’ll perform compliance services for complex tax returns and provide income, estate, and gift tax planning strategies for your high net worth, closely held business and family business clients – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. You’ll collaborate with the Private Wealth Services Tax team and make recommendations on return preparation and tax savings opportunities, focusing on accuracy, quality and client service because together is how we succeed. From day one, you’ll be empowered by high quality tools and resources to thrive in your role to meet client needs, deliver high-value solutions, and help you achieve more, confidently." - Responsibilities: The bullet list after "Your day-to-day may include:" includes items separated by semicolons. We need to turn each into

  • . Let's extract: "Provide tax planning and consulting to our firm's high net worth clients for estate, wills and trusts taxation, and individual income taxes" "Support multiple client service teams on client engagements; plan, execute, direct, and complete tax projects in a wide variety of industries; provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients; actively assist in proposal activities and manage to budget" "Supervise, develop, train, and mentor staff on tax projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews" "Research and consult on various tax matters, primarily in the federal estate, gift, charitable planning, and generation-skipping tax arenas; utilize tax-related software to prepare and process returns and research tax matters" "Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities" "Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure deadlines are met, and enhance client relationships" "Other duties as assigned" We could split each bullet as separate
  • . The second bullet has multiple subparts separated by semicolons; but we can keep as one
  • containing the whole sentence. - Requirements: The line "You have the following technical skills and qualifications:" then list: "Bachelor's degree in accounting – CPA or licensed member of the Bar or Enrolled Agent designation (with Masters Degree) preferred" "Minimum two to six years of progressive tax compliance and/or consulting experience in Family Wealth Planning or related area in in public accounting or a combination of industry and public accounting experience" "Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/technology skills" "Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships" "Strong leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills" "Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment" "Can travel as needed" We could treat these as requirements/qualifications/skills. The instruction says we have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide where to put each. Typically Requirements = education and experience; Qualifications = maybe certifications; Skills = technical/soft skills. But we can combine. However we must not create empty sections. We need to include sections only if we have real specific content. We have content for: - About the role (prose) - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (education + experience) - Qualifications (maybe certifications: CPA/Bar/Enrolled Agent with Masters preferred) - Skills (analytical, technical, client service, leadership, etc.) - Benefits (there is a Benefits section later with description) - Pay (salary range) - Schedule (hybrid work model: in-person attendance at least three days per week) We also have "About Us" and "About The Team" but those are boilerplate? They contain some info about firm but maybe not needed? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About Us" and "About The Team" might be considered boilerplate but they contain some substantive info about firm culture, hybrid work, benefits. However we already have Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections capturing those. The "About Us" includes info about firm's services, revenue, offices, etc. That might be considered extra but not required. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep substantive info from About Us and About The Team if not covered elsewhere. However we must not create sections with filler. We could incorporate some of that into existing sections like Benefits or maybe a separate "About the Firm" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are limited to those listed. So we must fit info into those sections or drop if not fitting. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings; we shouldn't add other headings. So we need to map all substantive info into those sections. Thus we need to include: - About the role: role description. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: education and experience. - Qualifications: certifications/licenses (CPA/Bar/Enrolled Agent with Masters preferred). - Skills: analytical, technical, client service, leadership, etc. - Benefits: description of benefits (personalized and comprehensive benefits, link, intern/seasonal details, discretionary bonus, etc.) - Pay: salary range. - Schedule: hybrid work model (in-person at least three days per week, flexible schedule, work-life integration). We also have info about "About Us" and "About The Team" that includes firm description, hybrid work model, benefits, inclusion, etc. Some of that overlaps with Benefits and Schedule. We can incorporate relevant parts into those sections. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, accommodation request, etc. So we need to strip those. Now craft HTML. We'll produce:

for prose. We'll include the link as . Thus:
