Responsibilities

• Observe client meetings and participate in team preparation meetings.
• Apply learning through a mock client presentation that simulates a real‑world advisory experience.
• Work on meaningful projects while gaining exposure to different areas of the business, including investments, impact, marketing, operations, tax planning, MESI, and more.
• Receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and support from experienced professionals.
• Participate in career development programming designed to build professional skills, explore future opportunities, and prepare for life after graduation.
• Build relationships with teammates across the firm while exploring different career paths and areas of expertise within wealth management.
• Collaborate with interns across the country through team projects, presentations, and book‑club discussions that foster learning, connection, and professional growth.
