This individual will serve as a key partner to Advisors and internal functional areas, helping to maintain an exceptional client experience while ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes, including but not limited to client retention, client satisfaction, supporting operating targets and fostering continuous improvement. It requires elevated organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the needs of a growing firm. What you'll doProvide exceptional service to an assigned group of client accountsManage client onboarding and provide correct documentation for opening new accounts Continuously monitor client accounts and service requests, and identify opportunities to improve our processesBuild and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing customer supportResolve issues in a manner that’s appropriate for both the client and the firmUse systems, services, and resources to execute work as effectively and efficiently as possibleMaintain complete and accurate client and policy data within Verdence systemsExecute other tasks, when appropriate, to support Advisors including, but not limited to preparing for meetings and scheduling, follow-up on post meeting deliverables, travel arrangements, expense management, etc. What you bringBachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or financial management experienceProficiency and aptitude in utilizing MS Office, custodian platforms and other desktop applicationsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications Strong client service skills and professional judgment Proactive communication and follow-through Why join usThe compensation package for this position consists of a base salary (with eligibility for an annual bonus/commissions if applicable) as well as eligibility to participate in all company benefits offered by VCA. This includes, but is not limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance (all employer-paid), disability and life insurance, 401k, educational assistance, wellness reimbursement, PTO, holidays, and parental leave. The salary range for this position will be $60,000 to $80,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, credentials, and geographical location of each candidate.
