About Lido Advisors

Founded in 1999 out of a consortium of family offices, Lido Advisors is an independent, SEC-registered investment adviser headquartered in Los Angeles with more than 40 offices nationwide and $46.4 billion in regulatory assets under management. We were built inside a family office — not a brokerage or a bank — and that origin still shapes how we work. Our integrated platform, Lido One, puts investment, tax, estate, and planning specialists on the same client, so advice is coordinated instead of siloed. We combine proprietary strategies in-house with our innovative approach to risk management and select third-party managers. Our alternative investments are unique and are often inaccessible on other platforms. Lido has been recognized on Barron’s Top 100 RIA Firms and Forbes America’s Top RIA Firms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Comprehensive Wealth Strategies: Deliver comprehensive investment and wealth strategies tailored to each client’s goals, coordinating across tax and estate planning, trust administration, alternative investments, and lending solutions, in line with firm allocation policies.
  • Drive Business Growth: Deepen existing client relationships by identifying additional wealth management needs and cultivate a network of centers of influence — estate attorneys, CPAs, investment bankers, and other intermediaries — to generate qualified referrals. Lead prospect meetings and own the conversion process from first meeting through onboarding.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Anticipate client needs, resolve inquiries, and conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess performance and keep strategies aligned with client objectives, tracking all prospect and client engagement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal subject-matter experts, investment professionals, and client-service teams to leverage the full suite of Lido Advisors’ services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in wealth management or a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrated success attracting, serving, and retaining high-net-worth clients.
  • Series 65 required or obtained within 90 days of the start date. A CFP, CFA, CPA, or CIMA designation is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and work effectively with internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite; experience with financial modeling and portfolio management tools is a plus.

Why Join Lido Advisors?

  • A Platform That Wins Business: Institutional relationships that open private equity, private credit, and co-investment access most advisors cannot offer.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive and growth-focused team that values professional development and community engagement.
  • Room to Build: A growing firm where your practice can scale into a team of your own, with opportunities to take on broader leadership as the business expands.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $200,000 – $225,000. Actual compensation will vary based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation tied to new client acquisition and book growth.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Life and disability insurance
  • 401(k) plan with a firm contribution
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time
