Private Swim Instructor

About the role

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients’ private homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities. We supply the clients; you set the schedule. Choose which clients to work with and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small-group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet students’ and clients’ needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Compensation

Earn $40–$70 per one-hour lesson. Payments are processed quickly to ensure you’re rewarded for your efforts.
