InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company serving clients in all major cities across the US. We offer personalized, professional, and effective swim instruction in the comfort of your own pool. Our team includes a supportive staff that ensures a seamless and joyful experience for both students and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress, and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Compensation

Earn $40-$70 per 1 Hour lesson. Payments are processed quickly to ensure you're rewarded for your efforts.
