Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Pay

Earn $40-$70 per 1-hour lesson. Payments are processed quickly to ensure you’re rewarded for your efforts.
