Private Swim Instructor

Skill Requirements

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans
• Clear a background check

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients
• Ensure safety of the student at all times

Pay

Earn $40-$70 per 1 Hour lesson
