About the role

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company that provides personalized, professional swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels in the comfort of their own pools. As a private swim instructor you will teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools within your location and surrounding cities, set your own schedule, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1‑1) and small‑group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to and from client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of swim‑instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and any necessary swim‑instruction equipment.
• Based in the United States with valid work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Ability to clear a background check (cost covered by InstaSwim).

Pay

Earn $40–$70 per 1‑hour lesson. Payments are processed quickly, typically within 24 hours via PayPal or other methods.
