About the role

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim‑lesson company that places professional, experienced instructors in clients’ private homes and community pools across the United States. Instructors supply the lessons while InstaSwim supplies the clients, allowing you to set your own schedule, choose the clients you work with, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1‑1) and small‑group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility to fit your availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet students’ and clients’ needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim‑instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim‑instruction equipment if needed.
• Based in the US with authorized work status.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Ability to clear a background check (cost covered by InstaSwim).

Pay

Earn $40–$70 per 1‑hour lesson. Payments are processed quickly (within 24 hours) via PayPal or other methods.
