About the role

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim‑lesson company that serves clients in major U.S. cities. The company provides personalized, professional swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels in the comfort of their own pools. Instructors supply the clients, set their own schedules, choose which clients to work with, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1‑1) and small‑group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility to match personal availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet students’ and clients’ needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim‑instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim‑instruction equipment if needed.
• Based in the U.S. with valid work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Ability to clear a background check.

Pay

Earn $40–$70 per 1‑hour lesson. Payments are processed quickly to ensure instructors are rewarded for their efforts.
