About the role

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim‑lesson company that serves clients in major cities across the United States. We provide personalized, professional swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels in the comfort of their own pools. Our dedicated support staff ensures a seamless, joyful experience while you earn some of the highest wages in the industry doing what you love.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1‑1) and small‑group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet students’ and clients’ needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim‑instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim‑instruction equipment if needed.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Ability to clear a background check.

Pay

Earn $40‑$70 per 1‑hour lesson. Payments are processed quickly to ensure you’re rewarded for your efforts.
