About the role

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim‑lesson company that serves clients in major cities across the United States. Instructors teach private (1‑1) and small‑group lessons in clients’ homes and community pools, providing personalized, professional, and effective swim instruction for individuals of all ages and skill levels. Instructors set their own schedules, choose the clients they work with, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1‑1) and small‑group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility to match your availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet students’ and clients’ needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim‑instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim‑instruction equipment if needed.
• Based in the US with valid US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Ability to clear a background check (cost covered by InstaSwim).
