Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group swim lessons
• Schedule lessons with flexibility
• Travel safely to and from client pool locations
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style
• Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Swim instruction equipment if needed
• Must be based in the U.S. and have U.S. work authorization
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans
• Ability to clear a background check

Compensation

Earn $40–$70 per one-hour lesson. Payments are processed quickly to ensure you’re rewarded for your efforts.
