About the role

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim‑lesson company that places professional instructors in clients’ private homes and community pools across the United States. Instructors set their own schedules, choose the clients they work with, and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1‑1) and small‑group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility to match personal availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, engaging, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim‑instruction experience.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and, if needed, swim‑instruction equipment.
• U.S. work authorization and residence in the United States.
• Professional, positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear background check (cost covered by InstaSwim).

Compensation

Earn $40–$70 per 1‑hour lesson. Payments are processed quickly, typically within 24 hours via PayPal or other methods.
